The landing page redesign
After sometime working at BeenVerified we finally decided to tackle a page redesign. With the concern that the website looked far from the final product, we decided to bring some of the product elements into the page. We made lots of explorations, tried various colors, made polls about it and ended up going with white, which most people associate with people searches. The result was a more informative landing page with a quick peek of the information you would get when you run a report.
Leading the team of two other designers we took off and developed a visual language that is easy and versatile to use. Whether is a phone, email or property search we were able to connect through icons, colors and type treatments. We created brand guidelines and component libraries so all designers could easily share assets and the final live versions looked the same as well.
